Terms:

• Time: arrive after 3pm and leave before 10.00am on your departure date.
• Please contact owner a few day before your arrival to arrange key collection. Tel: 01397 772162
• A non-refundable deposit of £100 per cottage per week is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday date (please make cheques payable to Mrs. R Campbell). Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date - full payment required.
• Cancellation- If notice of Cancellation is given not later than 8 Weeks before your Holiday Date, you will not be liable to pay the outstanding balance, but you will lose your Deposit, unless you book an alternative week. However if you cancel your Holiday within 8 Weeks you will be liable to pay the balance . Therefore, CANCELLATION PROTECTION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED.
• Following your booking, in the unlikely event of your apartment(s) becoming unavailable due to circumstances outside our control, every effort will be made to provide an alternative accommodation or a complete refund will be paid including the deposit.
• The number of persons occupying the apartments must not exceed that stated on the Booking Form. there will be penalty result to extra person.  
• The Owners reserve the right to have access to the apartments at all reasonable times, with prior notice whenever possible.
• The Owners cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to Hirers' property, or for personal injury, or damage to cars parked a Hirers' risk.
• The Owners endeavour to maintain high standards of comfort and cleanliness at all times. The Hirer must therefore undertake to keep all furniture, fittings and effects in the same good condition as they were found.
